EOD3 is run from Denmark, hosted in the EU. We process the minimum amount of personal data needed to run small peer groups.

What we collect

When you apply to a group: your name, email, and the answers you write into the application form. The group's owner reads them and decides whether to invite you in.

When you become a member: a hashed password, the groups you belong to, and your meeting RSVPs. Optionally, a short bio you write yourself.

When you visit the public site: nothing personal. We don't run analytics cookies or ad trackers. Server logs may briefly hold IP addresses; we hash them at rest.

Your rights

If you have an account, you can export everything we hold about you (My EOD3 → profile) or delete it entirely. Deletion scrubs your name and email from our records and anonymizes you in the audit log.

Who we share with

Our hosting provider (Gigahost, EU). Our email provider (host SMTP, EU). That's it. No analytics, no marketing automation, no third-party trackers.
